Graduated in Medicine from the Université Libre de Bruxelles with Great Distinction in 2011, Prof. Pauline Lecerf obtained her specialist degree in Dermatology and Venereology with the Highest Distinction in 2016. She also holds a PhD in Medical Sciences, reflecting her strong academic and scientific commitment.
Throughout her training, she specialised in nail pathology and nail surgery, cutaneous oncology, and medical mycology.
She is currently Head of the Department of Dermatology at the Hôpital Universitaire Brugmann, where she runs specialised clinics in total body photography for skin cancer screening, nail pathology and surgery, as well as cutaneous surgery.
Building on her extensive knowledge of surgery and facial anatomy, she has also developed a special interest in aesthetic dermatology, with the aim of providing treatments that respect anatomy and achieve harmonious and natural results. She has received training from numerous Belgian and international experts through workshops, congresses and advanced courses, including the Fostering Course in Cosmetic Dermatology of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology and programmes at the UMA Academy.
